How do I place a custom or personalized order?

Choose your options on the product page and order. Check the spelling carefully: engraved and printed items are made to order and cannot be changed once production starts.

What are your delivery times?

4 to 5 working days from order confirmation (Sundays and public holidays are not counted). For personalized items it starts once your details are confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery and bank transfer.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except for a wrong engraving, a manufacturing defect or damage in transit. Message us on WhatsApp with photos as soon as you receive the parcel. See our Refund Policy.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, through our courier partners. Remote areas may take a little longer.
